Pamela Ty
Pamela Ty is a seasoned corporate and estate planning attorney, who founded
PROTEC-LAW in 2006.

Ms. Ty began her legal career in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster
LLP, one of the largest international law firms with over 1000 attorneys worldwide.  
While at MoFo, Ms. Ty specialized in representing both private and public
companies in a wide array of corporate and finance matters, ranging from
mergers and acquisitions to seed round financing and initial public offerings.  

Ms. Ty provided regular guidance on corporate governance issues.

In 2002, Ms. Ty joined the East Bay firm of Bowles & Verna LLP.  Joining BV
allowed Ms. Ty to continue her corporate law practice and to expand her practice to
include estate planning.  In addition, Ms. Ty gained extensive litigation experience
in the areas of business law, real estate and labor law.  Ms. Ty developed a
comprehensive law and motion practice in both state and federal court, and
represented clients in arbitrations, mediations and labor board hearings.
